Fledgy

Honest AI feedback on your CV, essay and career direction, anywhere you apply

Fledgy scores your CV, your application essay and your career direction, and tells you what is actually wrong — not what you want to hear.

Pick your target country and the advice changes with it. A CV that works in Toronto fails in Dubai, and a personal statement written for UCAS is the wrong document for a German master's. Most application tools quietly assume you are applying to the US or UK. Fledgy does not.

Every tool is free to start — no card, no signup wall. Paid upgrades are one-time payments, never a subscription: a section-by-section essay breakdown, a recruiter-ready CV typeset as a PDF, and a full career report with matched paths and a plan.

And when a score is not enough, you can book a 1:1 session with a real recruiter, business psychologist or commercial pilot who has done the thing you are trying to do.

The target country switch is the part I want to understand better. Most of the roles on our job board are remote, and it is normal for the company to be registered in one country, the hiring manager to sit in a second and the candidate in a third. We regularly see CVs bounced for a photo or for a three-month notice period that would have been fine elsewhere. When the role is remote, which country does Fledgy score against, the employer's or the candidate's, and could I pick both and see where the advice conflicts?
