Find out why customers cancel, in their own words

Visit website

Rezup tells SaaS founders why customers cancel, in the customers' own words.

How it works

Connect Stripe with a read-only key. When someone cancels or downgrades, they get one short email from your name. They answer by voice or text, in any of 120+ languages, right in the browser, with no app or account.

What you get

Every answer is transcribed and translated into your language. AI groups the answers into reasons and ranks them by the MRR behind each, so you fix what costs the most first. You also get a weekly summary, alerts in Slack or Telegram, and a list of unhappy customers waiting for your reply.

Pricing

Free up to $5k MRR (50 responses a month), with AI analysis included. Paid plans follow your MRR: $29, $99 or $299 a month. Not on Stripe? Use a link, QR code or website widget instead.

What users say about Rezup

foundernotes

Are founders mostly connecting Stripe so cancelers get one voice or text email, or starting from the MRR-ranked reason groups before they care about Slack alerts? Happy to do a free feedback recording where I walk a first cancel flow as a new user and call out anywhere I get stuck.

つーつー / Tsutsu

Most of us only see a cancellation as a number going down, so hearing the reason in the customer's own voice, in their own language, is a nice angle. Asking with one short email from the founder keeps it light, and ranking the reasons by the MRR behind them is a practical way to decide what to fix first.
