Are the people signing up mostly Lovable and Bolt builders who just found out the free Supabase plan has no backups, or teams on paid plans who want their Storage files covered too? Happy to do a free feedback recording where I set it up as a new user and call out anywhere I get stuck.
Reeve covers both of the cases you named, though. On the free plan Supabase keeps no automatic backups, so Reeve's copy is the only one there is. On Pro, Supabase keeps 7 days of daily copies, but those leave out the files people upload to Storage. We keep you encrypted Supabase backups off-platform for 30 days minimum.
That makes sense, so on free you're the only backup there is, and on Pro you fill in the Storage files Supabase leaves out. That's a clear pitch. If it's useful, I'm happy to do a free feedback video where I set up Reeve as a new user and point out anything confusing along the way. Just let me know.
